SHIPPING POLICY
Once you place your order with us we will ship the product within 24 hours and should reach you within 7 days. We use the most reliable and leading logistic companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order(s).
Shipping is based on the weight of the products and mentioned at our checokout. We ship all over India.
We strive to deliver the product within 7 working days. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 7-8 days of purchase.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.

Return Policy
Returns: Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (astueco@gmail.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
